How to measure

• Bust: Stand straight with your arms relaxed on your sides. Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, typically across the nipples, ensuring it's level across your back and not too tight. Breathe normally, and make sure the tape is snug but comfortable.
• Waist: Find your natural waist by bending sideways - the crease formed is your natural waistline. Wrap the tape measure around this area, typically above your belly button and below your rib cage. Keep the tape parallel to the floor, snug but not constricting.
• Hip: Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually about 7-9 inches below your natural waist. Make sure the tape measure is level and wrap it snugly but comfortably around the widest part of your hips and bullocks.
