Cancellations & Returns

FOR ALL RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

You can easily raise a request from the 'My Account' section or email us at orders@beroindia.com. We will respond within 24 working hours.

RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS

We offer a 7-day Exchange Policy for our Indian customers. In the case of a defective or damaged product, the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags intact. Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags, shoe boxes, or dust bags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered, please email us at orders@beroindia.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. Bero India will arrange for a pick-up from your location (reverse pick-up may not be available at selected pin codes). We offer the following option for processing such returns:

  • Store Credit: Once we receive and validate the returned product, we will issue store credit equal to the product value to your Bero India account. This credit can be used during your next purchase at checkout. Please note that store credit cannot be refunded back to your bank account, card, or wallet.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per your preference.

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and validate the returned product.

In cases where pick-up is not available at your pin code, you must ship the product back to Bero India at your own risk, cost, and responsibility within 7 days of receiving it.

After receiving the returned package, we will inspect the product. If a reverse pick-up is not completed for any reason (owing to the customer or courier company's mistake), the customer must contact Bero India to arrange the pick-up again. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the exchange/return request. Return requests will only be accepted if the customer has accepted the package without tampering.

Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your store credit within 10 days. If the return is found ineligible for a return, we will courier the item back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be resolved within 20 days of receiving the return package. Bero India is not liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bero India and to accept Bero India’s decision regarding the return validation. Non-valid returns will be sent back to the customer, who will be blacklisted from future purchases. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the COD facility being barred without prior notice. For customers who repeatedly return more than 50% of delivered products, future orders will be processed on a non-cancellation, non-return basis.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE:

  • Custom-made products/personalized products

  • Accessories

  • Home Décor

  • Handbags

  • Jewelry

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable

REFUNDS:

Refunds are issued as follows:

  • Store Credit: If the payment was made in cash or any other method, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit to your Bero India account.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at orders@beroindia.com.

  • Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount as store credit to your Bero India account.

  • After 24 Hours: No cancellation requests will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

If a prepaid package is not accepted by the customer and is returned to Bero India by the courier company, the amount will only be refunded after deducting Rs. 200 as shipping charges.

  • International Orders: Returns and cancellations are not possible for international orders once payment and orders are confirmed.
